Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement ServiceNow applications and enhancements focused on Predictive Intelligence.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Design and configure predictive models and algorithms within the ServiceNow platform.
* Monitor and optimize predictive performance to ensure effective outcomes.
* Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging trends in predictive analytics.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices.
* Document technical processes and create user manuals for predictive solutions.

Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Predictive Intelligence.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules, especially in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM(SPM).
* Experience in designing and implementing predictive models using Machine Learning techniques.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow Scripting.
* Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.
