**About the Role:**

Williams is seeking a highly experienced Software Developer V with 10+ years of expertise in Endur, Java, and Oracle. This is a must-have skill set – no exceptions or equivalents will be considered. You will lead the design and development of enterprise software solutions, define technology strategy, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with senior leadership on key initiatives.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Lead design, development, testing, and debugging of sophisticated software solutions.
2. Define technical direction for complex projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
3. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute technology strategy.
4. Mentor and coach development teams and technical leaders.
5. Guide large-scale system architecture, design, and deployment.
6. Ensure best practices in software design, coding, and performance optimization.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

**1. Minimum 10 years of experience with:**

– Endur (mandatory – no equivalents accepted)
– Java development
– Oracle interfacing (relational databases)

**2. Education:**

– Associate degree (minimum) with 10+ years of software development experience.
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).

**3. Technical Skills:**

– Expert-level proficiency in relational databases and knowledge of NoSQL databases.
– Strong knowledge of software design principles and patterns.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
– Hands-on experience with large-scale system design and deployment.
– Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

**4. Leadership & Communication:**

– Proven experience mentoring and guiding technical teams.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
