**Job Description:**

Digital iTechnology, an **E-verified, MBE/WBE/Texas HUB-certified, and SAM-registered** company, is seeking aspiring software engineers for our **Training & Placement Program**. This internship is designed for recent graduates and entry-level professionals looking to build a successful career in IT.

**Responsibilities:**

* Gain hands-on experience in **software development** (Java, Python, JavaScript, Cloud, etc.).
* Work on **real-world projects** under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Learn **Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools**.
* Receive **resume building and interview preparation** support.
* Develop **soft skills** like communication, teamwork, and leadership.
* Get placement assistance with **top-tier clients** after training.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Computer Science, IT, or a related field**.
* Basic programming knowledge in **Java, Python, or JavaScript**.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
* **Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX** for training.
