**What You’ll Do**

– Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
– Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that cater to each student’s unique needs.
– Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
– Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary.
– Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

**What We’re Looking For**

– Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
– Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure).
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience working with children in a school setting is a plus.
– A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping students succeed.
