We are seeking a Sr Active Directory Engineer with expertise in managing content workflows templates, and publishing processes using the CMS Methode platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with editorial, design, and development teams to ensure smooth content delivery, maintenance, and optimization of digital platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Active Directory Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AD architecture, group policies, and identity management solutions, as well as experience with troubleshooting and optimising AD environments.

Responsibilities:

* Implement, configure, and maintain the identity and access management platform.
* Design and plan secure authentication and authorization processes for users across various applications and services.
* Integrate and configure identity providers (IdPs) and service providers (SPs), including SAML integrations and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
* Automate user provisioning and lifecycle management with role-based access control (RBAC).
* Ensure security compliance, enforce MFA, and monitor access for potential threats.
* Provide troubleshooting and support for authentication, SSO, and access-related issues.
* Stay updated on identity and access management trends and best practices.
Required Skills:

* 5-6 years of experience in SoS engineering development, diagnostic, and troubleshooting.
* 3-4 years of experience in implementing regulatory and security policies.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across the enterprise.
* Experience with OKTA is highly preferred.
