**Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst (Salesforce CPQ)**
**Location: San Jose, CA (Need Locals)**

**Visa Status: H4EAD, E3, H1B & USC only**
**Job Type: Contract, Onsite**

**Job Summary :**
We are looking for a results-driven Sr. Business Analyst with strong experience in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise systems and processes. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, with a solid background in CRM, ERP, and CPQ systems. You’ll play a critical role in gathering requirements, driving system enhancements, and supporting complex pricing and quoting logic through CPQ platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze system and process requirements.
* Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and functional requirements.
* Analyze, enhance, and support CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Apttus) with a focus on product configuration, pricing rules, and quote automation.
* Coordinate with developers, QA, and solution architects to deliver features and system improvements.
* Support UAT, regression testing, and production rollouts for CRM, CPQ, and ERP systems.
* Document user stories, use cases, process flows, and technical diagrams.
* Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure cross-system consistency.
* Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to align project goals.
* Provide support and troubleshooting for live systems and assist with training and onboarding as needed.

**Required Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Software Engineering, or related field.
* 8+ years as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or related role.
* Experience with CPQ systems.
* Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, and integrated enterprise applications.
* Familiarity with pricing rules, discount structures, product bundles, and quote-to-cash workflows.
* Proficient in writing user stories, functional specs, and test cases.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* CPQ certifications.
* Hands-on experience with workflow automation, custom fields, and approval processes.
* Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, or reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
