Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of expertise in data science, machine learning, and advanced analytics to join our team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying complex data-driven models to solve business challenges. You will work with large datasets, apply machine learning techniques, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and implementation of data science models and algorithms to solve critical business problems.
* Work with large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and improve business decision-making.
* Develop and deploy machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning techniques.
* Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
* Collaborate with engineering and business teams to integrate models into production systems and drive the adoption of data-driven solutions.
* Mentor and guide junior data scientists, providing leadership and best practices in analytics.
* Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in the data science field, ensuring the use of state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
* Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ensure the scalability, reliability, and robustness of models deployed in production environments.
* Implement data visualization techniques to communicate results and insights to stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

* 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
* Advanced proficiency in Python, R, or other data science programming languages.
* Strong experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar.
* Expertise in SQL and experience working with large databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
* Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
* Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data manipulation techniques.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and data pipelines.
* Solid understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex and ambiguous problems.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
