Job Description
**Position: Devops Engineer**
Locations: Orlando, FL
Duration: Long Term Contract
Experience – 5+ years
Rate: $30-40/hr

Must-Have Skills: Expert in Python for automation, data engineering, and API integrations. Snowflake (SQL, optimization, and administration).

Strong experience with Snowflake (SQL, optimization, and administration).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for managing data infrastructure.
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
Strong Linux administration and scripting skills for managing cloud and on-prem environments.
Experience working with REST APIs for data extraction and automation.
Automation & CI/CD
Automate and optimize data pipelines using Python and Snowflake to improve efficiency and reliability.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions for streamlined deployments.
Develop self-service automation tools to reduce manual operations and accelerate project delivery.
Utilize Terraform and other infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools for automated deployment of cloud resources.
Migrate, automate, and optimize data workflows leveraging REST APIs and Python-based frameworks.
Oversee SSL certificate management, access control, and governance for data services.
Create, deploy, and maintain cloud-based load balancers and networking configurations
Implement best practices in security, governance, and performance tuning for cloud-based deployments.
Support on-prem and cloud-based VM management, leveraging tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
