**Job Title: Sr. Fullstack Developer**

**Job Description:**

The Business Engineering (BE) group, within the Investments and Capital Markets Business Technology Office (I&CM BTO), is responsible for delivering and managing technology solutions that support the entire I&CM division. BE works closely with our customers across the organization to develop/maintain solutions and infrastructure that enhance and streamline business processes, while reducing risk. We also support critical data-centric infrastructure and processes vital to I&CM. The candidate will work closely with BE team members to modernize a trading application used by I&CM front office.

**Requirements:**

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired, as well as 7 years of system applications development experience.

**Required Skills:** Java/J2EE, Angular, SQL (Sybase, Postgres, MSSQL).

**The following experience is required:**

* Experience in design, development, integration and testing of Java-based software solutions.

* Demonstrated knowledge of building RESTful APIs and front-end functionality.

* Extensive experience with relational databases such as Postgres, Sybase and MSSQL.

* Experience in Java-based unit testing to ensure application code functions as expected.

* Knowledge and experience in full Software Development Life Cycle methodologies and best practices.

* Good oral and written communication skills.

* Ability to prioritize tasks based on process criticality.

* Knowledge of docker/containerization is a plus.

**Must Have Qualifications:**

5-7 years of Java 8 or higher, Angular- no version preference, SQL, relational database – Sybase, SQL server, or Postgres. The role is 40/60 spilt between frontend and backend. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Docker and Kubernetes, and Cucumber.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,409.70 – $11,000.52 per month
