Job Title:Network Engineer

Location: Plano- TX , Columbus- Ohio, Jersey City- New Jersey

Work Authorization : USC, GC , GCEAD, H1B Transfer, H4EAD, L2EAD

Tax Term : W2, 1099

Responsibilities:
* Design, deploy, and maintain robust network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and VPN appliances.
* Develop and implement end-to-end physical and logical network infrastructure solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize technologies, resolve technical challenges, and align network systems with business objectives.
* Provide expert-level support for designing, developing, and troubleshooting network-related issues.
* Conduct thorough assessments, testing, and validation to ensure network functionality, performance, and reliability.
* Analyze the impact of upstream/downstream data, applications, and systems to recommend solutions that minimize risks.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation of network designs, configurations, and modifications to support operational efficiency.
* Coordinate with vendors and external organizations to resolve technical issues effectively.
* Ensure network configurations and implementations adhere to security and regulatory standards.Qualifications:
* Extensive experience with configuring and managing Cisco technologies, including but not limited to:
* Protocols: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, GRE tunnels, IPSec, SSL, VPN, PBR, HSRP, DHCP, QoS, Spanning Tree, VLAN, STP, Trunking, MPLS.
* Network Services: Radius, DNS, NTP, SYSLOG, SSH.
* Infrastructure Tools: Firewalls, proxies, load balancers, and cloud technologies.
* Proficiency in TCP/IP subnetting and troubleshooting complex network infrastructures.
* Hands-on experience with telco and carrier technologies, such as circuit provisioning, carrier POP, and building entry coordination.
* Advanced skills in updating and creating network topology diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
* Proven ability to automate processes using scripting languages like Python.
* Strong understanding of compliance requirements and security best practices in network environments.
