**Position Summary:** The Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst provide analysis, design, development and testing to assists in solving difficult and complex software problems through breathe of knowledge, working through others with a focus on domain experience. Provide logical solutions that are testable, maintainable and efficient. Propose and design QA tools for test efficiency, including test cases that are candidates for automation.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

* Identify and improve process gaps
* Implement test procedures from a defined test strategy
* Creation and execution of a Test Plan and Test cases
* Reporting defects based on bug priority
* Identify, prioritize, and breakdown the work needed for automation of manual and repetitive tasks
* Create test cases, test plan, test runs and reporting on test results
* Configure new test cases for testing tasks and regression test cases.
* Analyze and understand the business processes.
* Identify and communicate technical software requirements.
* Create and maintain solution documentation.
* Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
* Complete assigned tasks during sprint periods/complete work during a project timeline.
* Work with cross functional business partners to triage and remediate bugs identified in the development lifecycle

**Experience and Minimum Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
* 5+ years of experience in IT Quality Assurance roles.
* 4+ years of experience creating, executing, and documenting the results of test plans and test cases
* 3+ Years of experience working on a team with Agile processes.
* 2+ years of experience testing business process implemented with SalesForce Sales Cloud
* 1+ years of experience testing business process implemented with SalesForce Field Service Clould
* 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops or equivalent tools
* Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.”
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
* Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

**Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:**

* Azure DevOps or related testing/defect tracking software experience.
* Web testing experience.
* Mobile testing experience.
* SQL experience.
* SalesForce Sales Clould and Field Service Cloud
* Black Box Testing (Front end validation, E2E testing, Regression Testing)
Gray Box Testing (Charles proxy, API manual testing, Monitory tools)

**Travel Requirements:**

Less than 10% domestic travel required.

Additional hours may be required (exempt positions).

**Physical Requirements:**

* Normal office environment.
* Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment.
* Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
