Job Description

Job title: Sr. UI/React Developers– w2 role

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote – Occasional Onsite)

JD:

* Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development, with at least 3 years focused on React.js.
* React.js Expertise: Advanced knowledge of React, React Hooks, React Router, and state management libraries like Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
* UI/UX: Strong experience working with UI/UX design systems and frameworks (e.g., Material-UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).
* HTML/CSS: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like SASS/SCSS), Flexbox, Grid, and responsive web design techniques.
* JavaScript/TypeScript: Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for building robust, scalable applications.
* Testing & Debugging: Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Enzyme, Cypress) and debugging tools (Chrome DevTools, React Developer Tools).
* Version Control: Solid experience using Git for version control, including branching, pull requests, and collaboration.
* Performance Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for web performance optimization (lazy loading, code splitting, tree shaking, caching).
* API Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or WebSocket integration.
* Cross-Browser & Mobile Compatibility: Ability to ensure that the applications work smoothly across various browsers and devices.
* Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the entire stack.
