**Position Summary**

The **Store Manager Assistant** supports the Store Manager in running a successful bakery café operation. This hands-on role focuses on leading team members, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction while stepping in as acting manager when needed.

**Key Responsibilities**

– Assist the Store Manager in daily operations, including opening and closing duties
– Supervise and support team members across all departments (front counter, kitchen, baking, and barista)
– Ensure product quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met
– Deliver outstanding customer service and handle guest concerns effectively
– Help manage inventory, order supplies, and reduce waste
– Support in hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluating team performance
– Maintain shift schedules and manage labor to meet budget targets
– Lead by example in upholding Paris Baguette’s values and service standards

**Qualifications**

– 1–2 years of leadership or supervisor experience in food service, retail, or hospitality
– Strong communication and team-building skills
– Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
– Willingness to learn and grow within the company
– Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
– Food Safety Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
