Skill Set
* 8+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Operations, or related fields
* Experience implementing compensation, benefits and performance packages at large organizations
* Experience working with HRBP (human resource business partners) and stakeholders
* Hands-on expertise with Workday (performance management) and Tableau (reporting/analytics)
* Previous experience in Tech or high growth environments is very nice to have
