Project Manager:

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Collaborate with business product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
* Develop a comprehensive product roadmap outlining the key features, enhancements, and milestones.
* Conduct Sprint Planning, daily scrum calls, coordinate activities, and oversee the product development lifecycle from planning to release, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
* Document detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications for development teams.
* Make decisions on feature prioritization, trade-offs, and scope changes as necessary.
* Identify project risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues and ensure project success.
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a user-centric approach and optimal user experience.
* Review and provide feedback on design mockups, prototypes, and usability testing results.
* Communicate project progress, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and senior management, ensuring transparency and effective decision-making
* Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and requirements, and assessing their impact on project deliverables and resources.
* Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and documentation of project-related decisions and changes.

Key Requirements

* You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
* You have a strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management.
* You have prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle
* You bring previous expertise within the mortgage industry.
* You possess strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
* You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* You can work effectively with cross-functional teams (onsite and offshore)
