**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a
**Technical Recruiter**
who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You’ll be responsible for full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing top-tier IT talent for our client engagements across state, federal, and commercial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Source and screen qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent IT roles
* Collaborate with the sales and delivery team to understand role requirements and timelines
* Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, ATS, and networking to attract candidates
* Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and soft skills
* Manage candidate pipeline, interview scheduling, and feedback tracking
* Negotiate compensation and close offers within client budget and compliance parameters
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience
* Contribute to weekly hiring targets and pipeline development initiatives

**Required Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (preferably in IT consulting or staffing industry)
* Proven success in sourcing .NET Developers, QA Engineers, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Etc.
* Strong understanding of visa classifications (H1B, GC, USC, etc.) and C2C/W2/1099 hiring models
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
* Familiarity with ATS tools, CRM systems, MSP & VMS
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
