**Role 1: Techno-Functional CTO Lead Analyst (Technical-Leaning)**
**Primary Focus:**
This role is a
**techno-functional position with heavier emphasis on technical development, configuration, and solution design**
, supporting the transition of acquired products and processes into Clients’ enterprise Oracle Fusion environment.
**Key Responsibilities**

– Support design and configuration for
**Oracle Fusion Order Management (OM)**
and
**Pricing**
modules.
– Modify and enhance product configurations (“product in a can”) as offerings shift from commercial to industrial formulations.
– Partner with business teams to translate product changes into system rules, configurations, and technical updates.
– Support technical design, development activities, and integration touchpoints across applications.
– Provide end-to-end solution leadership during rollout, testing, and post‑acquisition integration.
– Serve as the subject matter expert for complex technical and functional decisions within Order Management and Pricing.
