# **Think Academy SV – Math Competition Coach (AMC 8/10/12)**

**Location:** San Jose, CA (In-Person)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Compensation:** $90,000+ annually + full-time benefits

**Visa Sponsorship:** H1B Available

Think Academy is building a serious math competition program in the Bay Area and is seeking former **AIME qualifiers, USAMO participants, or top AMC performers** to join our team. This is not a tutoring position. We are looking for individuals who have competed at a high level and understand competition mathematics from the inside — rigor, structure, and standards.

## **Who Should Apply**

– AIME qualification, USAMO participation, or AMC high distinction strongly preferred
– Or proven track record coaching students to AIME
– Strong command of algebra, number theory, combinatorics, and geometry
– Ability to lead structured, in-person group classes

## **Job Description**

– Teach AMC 8/10/12/ Olympiad in-person group classes in San Jose
– Train students toward AIME and advanced distinction
– Contribute to curriculum standards and competition pathway design

High-performing coaches will have the opportunity to grow into Competition Program Lead or Academic Director roles.
