**Who We Are**
Clic Haus is a Chicago-based creator network designed to discover, train, and manage entertainment-based live streamers on TikTok LIVE.
As an official partner of TikTok, we serve as the bridge between TikTok and emerging streamers who need training, infrastructure, and audience-building support. Whether creators want to go LIVE part-time, for fun, or build a serious income stream, we help them succeed.
*We welcome candidates on first-year OPT and CPT, and are open to sponsoring H-1B visas for exceptional candidates in the upcoming cycle.
**About the Role**
We’re seeking highly motivated Managing & Recruiting Agents to grow and support our Creator Network. This hybrid role combines talent scouting with creator coaching and management. You will identify potential streamers, recruit them into our network, and provide onboarding, mentorship, and performance support to help them succeed on TikTok LIVE.

**What You’ll Do**
**Talent Recruitment & Scouting**
* Source potential TikTok LIVE streamers online (TikTok LIVE, Instagram, creator forums, etc.)
* Reach out via DMs or emails with tailored recruiting pitches
* Attend/host online or offline creator events, Q&A sessions, and meetups
**Creator Onboarding & Management**
* Guide new streamers through onboarding (rules, setup, monetization tips)
* Provide coaching on engagement strategies, consistency, and campaign updates
* Monitor TikTok LIVE performance and give real-time feedback
* Help creators grow audiences, increase gift revenue, and stay motivated
**Optional**
* Use your own TikTok to promote creators and drive traffic
**What You’ll Need: Skills and Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree required
* 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition/attraction, livestream operations, event marketing, or influencer/talent management within the digital or social media industry.
* Outgoing, talkative, and skilled at building strong relationships with creators.
* Experience using community management tools such as Discord, WhatsApp, etc.
* Creative mindset: able to come up with engaging ways to motivate and retain creators.
* Highly detail-oriented and organized, capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
* Comfortable interpreting performance data and quickly adapting to TikTok platform rules and campaign requirements.
**Even Better If You Have (Preferred)**
* Multilingual: The ability to communicate in another language (e.g., Chinese or Spanish) is a strong plus.
* Personal interest or background in entertainment niches like dance, music, singing, E-gaming, or magic.
* Previous experience in a creator network, agency, or entertainment community is a plus.
* Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, creator incentive systems, or digital campaign strategy.
* Comfortable using team tools like Notion, Slack, or similar.
