**Overview**
Optomi is partnering with global leader in the hospitality industry for a hands-on Tosca Automation Engineer to support the ongoing development and testing of their Single Pane of Glass (SPOG) application — a key component of their digital transformation. This role requires deep, practical Tosca expertise in a complex, enterprise-level environment with CI/CD integration.
This is not a performance testing role and not a leadership role. The engineer will be joining an existing automation effort and enhancing a robust Tosca test suite.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Enhance and maintain an existing Tosca-based test automation suite
– Troubleshoot and resolve real-time execution issues in distributed environments
– Scale automation frameworks for broader test coverage and maintainability
– Ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines, support seamless integration
– Collaborate across development, QA, DevOps, and Salesforce teams to ensure test reliability
– Work independently in a fast-paced Agile team with minimal oversight
**SPOG (Single Pane of Glass)**
SPOG is a newly designed guest-facing application built with React, GraphQL, and Salesforce integrations, aimed at simplifying tasks for front desk associates by consolidating frequent workflows into one intuitive interface.
**Qualifications & Experience**
– Deep Tosca expertise, including:
– Module creation
– Test case libraries
– Dynamic buffer usage
– Test data and setup configuration
– Proven experience in CI/CD integration, distributed test execution, and framework scalability
– Strong troubleshooting skills across complex, real-time environments
– Able to articulate strategies for maintaining scalable and collaborative frameworks
– Familiarity with multi-user versioning and branching in Tosca
– 5+ years of QA/testing experience in Agile environments
– Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience

**Nice-to-Have Skills**
– Exposure to React-based applications
– Experience working with GraphQL services

**Not In Scope**
– This is not a performance testing role (e.g., NeoLoad is not relevant)
– This is not a script-from-scratch role – the test suite is already mature
– This is not a team lead or strategy-only role – it’s a hands-on engineering position
