DANN International, an international immigration support and document preparation firm, is seeking a U.S.-licensed attorney to join in an
**Of Counsel**
capacity for employment-based immigration matters.
The firm provides structured case preparation, documentation support, and strategic coordination for international clients pursuing U.S. immigration benefits. All legal representation and filings are conducted under the authority and supervision of a licensed U.S. attorney.
Role Overview
The Of Counsel will:
– Serve as Attorney of Record in selected employment-based petitions
– Conduct substantive legal review of case strategy and supporting documentation
– Provide legal oversight and final approval prior to filing
– Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations and state bar ethical standards
– Participate in case discussions when necessary
Practice Focus
– EB-2 NIW
– EB-1 (A/B/C)
– PERM
– L1, E2, and H1B visas
– Adjustment of Status
– Consular Processing
Ideal Candidate
– Active U.S. Bar license (any state), in good standing
– Experience in employment-based immigration preferred
– Strong understanding of professional responsibility rules
– Comfortable working within a structured case-preparation environment
– Professional liability insurance preferred
