Job Description

A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* REST API
* Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
* Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and user-centered design
* Expertise in web accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and best practices
* Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, some JavaScript)
* Visual design skills tailored to web and mobile platforms
* Ability to develop interactive web forms and workflows
* Browser compatibility testing across different platforms and devices
* Familiarity with responsive design techniques for mobile and desktop
* Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
* Knowledge of usability testing and gathering user feedback
* Collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Experience with form-building tools like SimpliGov, Microsoft Forms, WuForm or Formstack
* Basic understanding of business rule testing and workflow validation
* Power BI
* SQL Querying

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
