A Public Sector client of ours is looking for a User Support Technician to work on their ongoing project in the Raleigh, NC office.

Below are the additional details of this role:

Required Skills:

We need a minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in the following.

* IT Service Desk experience
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Experience supporting voice and working with 3rd party service providers
* Experience using ServiceNow and Nice CXOne
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Understanding customer needs and how to prioritize work
* Strong computer skills.

This role can be W2 or 1099/C2C and is open for anyone with valid work authorization in the US. H1B transfer candidates are more than welcome to apply for this role.
