**Job Details:**

**Minimum qualifications:**

10+ Years of experience in Implementation, Support and upgrades.

3-5+ years of experience working with Veeva Vault solutions, with hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and support.

**Experience with specific Veeva modules such as Vault RIM, Quality, Clinical (eTMF, CTMS), or Commercial (PromoMats) is required.**

– Expert guidance and support: Act as the primary technical and functional expert for assigned Veeva Vault modules, including Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, eTMF, Data Migration and/or Commercial applications. Provide advanced support, training, and troubleshooting for end-users.
– System configuration and administration: Perform system administration tasks such as user management, security settings, defining workflows, Integrations, and building reports and dashboards. Translate business requirements into technical solutions by configuring and implementing Vault applications.
– Requirements gathering: Partner with business users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features, enhancements, and processes within Veeva Vault.
– System implementation and migration: Lead or participate in Veeva Vault implementation projects and manage data and document migration from legacy systems using tools like Vault Loader.
– Regulatory compliance: Ensure the Veeva Vault system and associated business processes adhere to all relevant regulatory standards and GxP guidelines. Experience in computer system validation (CSV) is often required.
– Integration management: Provide technical guidance and support for Veeva system integrations with other enterprise systems using APIs, SDKs, or web services.
– Quality assurance and testing: Write and execute test scripts to ensure all configurations meet business requirements and are error-free.
– Performance monitoring: Analyze performance issues and user feedback to identify areas for system improvement and optimization.
– Stakeholder management: Communicate technical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences. Manage relationships with cross-functional teams, including IT, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs.
– Reporting and analysis: Develop and optimize Veeva Vault queries (VQL) and reports to support data analysis and business intelligence.

**Required skills and qualifications**

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

**Experience:**

– 3-5+ years of experience working with Veeva Vault solutions, with hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and support.
– Experience with specific Veeva modules such as Vault RIM, Quality, Clinical (eTMF, CTMS), or Commercial (PromoMats) is required.
– Technical expertise:
– Deep knowledge of the Veeva Vault platform, including object models, document types, lifecycles, and workflows.
– Experience with Vault API, Vault Query Language (VQL), and data migration tools like Vault Loader.
– Regulatory knowledge: Strong understanding of GxP, compliance requirements, and validation in a regulated industry, preferably life sciences.
– Certifications: Veeva Vault Administrator certification is highly preferred; specific module certifications (e.g., Veeva Certified PromoMats Admin) may also be an asset.

– Strong analytical skills with a focus on attention to detail.
– Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Preferred qualifications
– Experience with cross-vault integrations or integrations with external systems.
– Experience in a consulting environment or with multiple Veeva implementations.
– Experience with other life sciences applications or enterprise content management systems.
– Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
