**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled
**VMWare Admin / VSAN / VCF Engineer**

to support enterprise-level virtualization infrastructure. The ideal consultant will have strong hands-on experience in ESXi, vCenter, VSAN, and VCF with proven background in production support environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Administer and maintain
**VMWare ESXi hosts, vCenter, clusters, and VSAN**
– Configure, manage, and troubleshoot
**VSAN storage environments**
– Implement and support
**VMWare Cloud Foundation (VCF)**
– Perform VM provisioning, resource allocation, and system optimization
– Conduct performance analysis, patching, and capacity planning
– Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
– Collaborate with compute, storage, and cloud platform teams

**Required Qualifications:**

– **6–12 years**

of hands-on VMWare experience
– Strong expertise with
**VSAN operations**
– Experience with
**VCF**

deployment/maintenance
– Strong understanding of virtualization, compute, and storage
– Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
– VCP/VCAP certification preferred
