Job Description
**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Assistant Manager with experience managing overseas warehouses. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate international shipments, and lead a team to maintain efficient warehouse workflows in compliance with company standards.
**Duties**
– Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high productivity and engagement.
– Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse supervisors, team leaders, and trainers to maintain operational standards.
– Ensure safe operation of warehouse equipment and compliance with safety policies and procedures.
– Develop and implement warehouse processes, protocols, and best practices to optimize efficiency.
– Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet performance goals.
– Support human resources initiatives to optimize workforce utilization and control costs while maintaining productivity.
– Oversee warehouse fixed assets, including maintenance, repairs, and lifecycle management.
– Generate regular reports and key performance indicators, including Quality Control, Inbound, and Outbound reports.
– Monitor operational quality, accuracy, and efficiency across all warehouse functions.
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth, coordinated warehouse operations.
– Maintain effective communication with customer service teams, addressing inquiries and resolving operational issues promptly.
– Escalate operational challenges and report significant issues to the Warehouse Operations Manager

确保仓库设备安全运行,严格遵守公司安全政策、操作规范及相关法规
制定、优化并落实仓库作业流程、操作规范及最佳实践,提高整体运营效率
规划每日工作计划,合理分配任务,跟进执行进度以达成既定绩效目标
配合人力资源相关工作,优化人力配置与成本控制,在保障产能的同时提升效率
负责仓库固定资产的管理,包括设备维护、维修及生命周期管理
定期生成并分析关键运营报告与绩效指标(KPI),涵盖质量控制、入库及出库数据
监控仓库各项作业的质量、准确性及效率,及时发现并改善问题
与跨部门团队密切合作,确保仓库运营与整体业务流程顺畅衔接
与客户服务团队保持有效沟通,及时回应业务需求并协调解决运营相关问题
识别并升级重大运营风险和问题,向仓库运营经理进行汇报并提出改进建议
任职资格(优先考虑)
具备英语与西班牙语或普通话的双语沟通能力
具备海外仓库或跨境物流相关管理经验者优先
