The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) Warehouse Coordinator Senior, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:* Review open sales orders and generate pick tickets to ensure sales orders can be picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner
* Ensure all documentation associated with sales orders is maintained (i.e., storage of pick tickets, sales order tracking details, communication to and from freight forwarders)
* Ensure sales order fulfillment occurs on a FIFO basis unless there is a specific need to prioritize specific orders or customers based on urgency levels
* Assist in material transfer from PS Warehouse to/from the Redlands Distribution Center as needed to ensure sales orders can be shipped complete and on time
* Communicate via phone and e-mail with freight carriers to schedule material pick-up and/or delivery to customers
* Respond to internal and external customers (i.e., sales order fulfillment ETA’s, material availability, material lead times)
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent
* Five (5) years’ experience in warehouse operations or production environment with exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Knowledge of Vyaire Medical products
* Experience in a similar role supporting order management in a warehouse environment preferred
* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems
