**What you’ll be doing**

* · The Outbound Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outbound department.

· Role model and leader and must solve problems, make informed decisions, and manage the department wisely to achieve maximum results.
· Responsible for hiring, training, and managing the performance of Department members.
· Train, coach and manage all inbound associates in all policies and procedures of the company.
· Maintain employee shift schedules and approve employee vacation requests. Monitor and review time clock entries pertaining to payroll, breaks and lunches
· Create and monitor continuous process improvement.
· Establish and maintain metrics for department and provide frequent communication and feedback to team members
· Help solve problems and make informed decisions that affect the service, and productivity of the outbound departments
· Communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others, understand material, and provide instructions to all Associates.
· Adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
· Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

**We’re looking for someone who has:**

* Bachelor degree or above, major in **supply chain management, business analysis, engineering management, mechanical engineering, electrical automation, mathematics and statistics**
* Understand the operation mode of overseas warehouses, management planning and processes are preferred
* Proficiency in Chinese is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,560.00 per year
