Web Designer – UNPAID & VIRTUAL INTERNSHIP

Job Description

YOU WILL:

• Help us build and maintain our new website on WIX.

• Be familiar with a website builder like WIX, Squarespace, or WordPress.

• Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met.

• Have a strong ability to multitask and switch between projects.

• Learn and implement the best practices for our website.

• Be proficient in basic coding like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Conduct weekly and monthly audits through quality analysis and usability testing.

• Collaborate with a team of talented UX Designers to determine how we can make our website truly super and troubleshoot with our Cyber-Tech Specialists on upgrades, backups, and improvements.

• Attend weekly team meetings and senior meetings.

YOU ARE:

• Passionate about creating content and creative web design applications across all devices.

• Experienced in web development with an understanding of web design principles including basic database concepts.

• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.

• Adaptable to changes in projects and priorities and can handle multiple projects.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and attend video conferencing meetings whenever needed. • Excellent in verbal and written communication, email etiquette, the Internet, and MS Office.

• Enthusiastic and grateful to have the opportunity to work with us!

• Tech savvy and own a computer with reliable access to an Internet connection.
