**Workday Customer Accounts Lead (Contractor)**
**Location: Remote (US-based preferred)**
**Duration: Contract, up to 40 hours per week based on skills and project needs**
**Certification Required:** **Workday Contracts to Cash certification**
**VISA – USC , GC , H4 EAD & H1B**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a Workday Customer Accounts Lead to support a healthcare client through the design and deployment of Workday Financials. This role will focus on the Customer Accounts workstream and may expand to additional areas based on the contractor’s broader Workday skill set.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of Customer Accounts functionality in Workday
* Gather and translate healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
* Partner with client stakeholders to define and optimize invoicing, dunning, collections, and AR processes
* Support data validation and migration activities
* Collaborate across related Financials areas such as Procurement and Revenue
* Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to client teams
**Required Skills and Experience:**
* Active Workday Contracts to Cash certification
* Demonstrated experience leading Customer Accounts implementations or support efforts
* Strong understanding of core AR processes within Workday
* Prior experience working with healthcare clients preferred
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Broader Workday Financials experience is a plus and may lead to expanded responsibilities
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $37.70 – $45.41 per hour
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
