**Job Title:** Workday Functional Consultant (3–10 Years Experience)

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **Workday Functional Consultant** to join our team supporting enterprise Workday implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with core Workday modules, business process configuration, and end-to-end solution delivery in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
– Lead and execute Workday functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
– Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
– Configure and maintain core Workday modules including HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.
– Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
– Develop functional documentation, training materials, and best-practice procedures.
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday configuration and integrations.
– Support data conversions, reporting requirements, and security role design.
– Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors).
– Provide subject matter expertise and continuous improvement recommendations.
**Required Qualifications**
– **3–10 years of Workday functional experience** with at least one full Workday implementation or major upgrade.
– Strong configuration experience across *core Workday modules* (HCM, Compensation, Time & Absence, Benefits, and Recruiting).
– Proven experience analyzing business requirements and delivering Workday solutions.
– Solid knowledge of Workday business processes and security framework.
– Exceptional communication skills, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and customer-facing experience.
– Experience participating in testing cycles and supporting UAT.
– Ability to support *end-to-end project delivery* from design through deployment.
– Willingness to travel based on project needs (if required).
**Preferred Skills**
– Workday Certification(s) in one or more modules (HCM, Core HR, Absence/Time, Compensation)
– Exposure to Workday Reporting (Custom Reports, Advanced Analytics)
– Experience with integration tools (EIB, Workday Studio)
– Experience with Workday security and role design
– Prior experience supporting multiple concurrent Workday projects
