* Content Creation Develop confluence content, recording videos for onboarding and training for AGS Jira Cloud Maintaining the various confluence pages created so far as the content evolves IT Skills Confluence Jira Dashboards JQL Queries Excel Data Analysis and Data Visualization Project Management Creating testing tasks for workgroup members Following up with workgroup for testing task Conducting additional testing on the sandbox Tracking meeting attendance Helping put together a transition and training plan.
