Job Summary:

They are seeking an AI/ML scientist to develop scalable AI/ML solutions that impact employee experiences, working closely with product teams and other scientists to integrate models into production systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement models, science-based product ideas and features, project plans and communicate with stakeholders

• Develop fair predictive models to understand important business and people-centered outcomes

• Productionize ML and GenAI models at the scale of Amazon

Qualifications:

Required:

• Master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field

• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language

• Experience with SQL and an RDBMS (e.g., Oracle) or Data Warehouse

Preferred:

• Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code

• Have publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals

• PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field
