**Performance Engineer

Atlanta, GA or Nashville, TN**
**Excellent Communication And Strong Technical Skills**

**Role Summary : Lead performance and chaos testing to validate scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance of Pie services.**
Key Responsibilities

– Define and execute load and stress tests using K6
– Design and run chaos scenarios using Gremlin
– Analyze CPU, memory, startup time, and threading metrics
– Recommend configuration tuning and HPA improvements using Terraform
– Validate system behavior during failures and network disruptions
– Produce performance and resiliency assessment reports

**Required Skills**

– 10+ years in performance and reliability testing
– Strong hands-on experience with K6 and Gremlin
– Kubernetes, HPA, and cloud performance tuning experience
– Ability to interpret metrics and provide actionable insights
– Experience integrating performance testing with pipelines
