Automation Engineer (Mobile Android):

Loc : Chicago

Contract : C2C / W2

Visa : GC / H1B

Job Description: We are seeking an Automation Engineer with expertise in mobile testing for Android applications using Espresso or Appium. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Java or Kotlin and experience with automated mobile testing.

Responsibilities:

* Design and implement automated tests for Android applications using Espresso or Appium.
* Collaborate with developers to ensure thorough test coverage and integration with CI/CD pipelines.
* Use JUnit or TestNG for unit testing and maintain clean test code.
* Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
* Utilize Perfecto, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs for cross-device testing.
* Manage test cases and track defects using JIRA or TestRail.

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in Java or Kotlin programming.
* Experience with Espresso or Appium for Android automation.
* Knowledge of Gradle or Maven for build automation.
* Familiarity with version control systems like Git, SVN, or TFS.
* Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
* Proficiency in cross-device testing tools like Perfecto, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs.
