Bright Vision Technologies has a immediate opportunity for a Data Modeler based out of Plano, TX.(Hybrid).

Job Title: Data Modeler

Job Location: Plano, TX.

Job Type: Hybrid

**Responsibilities*** Responsible for building the tools and frameworks necessary to make our data teams more efficient and effective
* Lead multiple large and complex initiatives across Toyota Financial Services data engineering with a specific focus on data modeling, data architecture, and data tool & product development
* Establish a clear vision and direction for data tooling for data engineers, software engineers, and our analytic teams
* Enable our data engineering teams by developing tools and frameworks to streamline and accelerate the development of data pipelines and data solutions
* Support our global partners by developing flexible solutions and platforms that can be used within Toyota Financial Services but also in partner organization in other countries
* Own the Enterprise data model and data modeling standards for both data engineering and software engineering teams

**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent degree or work experience
* Progressive work experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field or demonstrated expertise
* Deep development experience in distributed, analytical, cloud-based and open-source technologies
* Extensive programming experience in Python and/or Java, SQL
* Extensive experience coding and implementing data pipelines in cloud-based data infrastructure, analytical and no-SQL databases (AWS, Snowflake, MongoDB, Postgres)
* Broad, practical experience and application of multiple, different data modeling techniques such as data vault and dimensional modeling across Enterprise domains
* Broad experience with cloud based services such as AWS, Azure or GCP or equivalent certification
* Broad experience with docker and containerization
* Experience with multiple database technologies including both SQL and NOSQL databases
