Type: W2

Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement Databricks solutions based on business requirements.
* Lead and mentor a team of Databricks developers and engineers.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
* Develop and maintain Databricks architecture and design documentation.
* Perform code reviews, ensure coding standards, and implement best practices.
* Optimize Databricks performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Databricks environment.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Databricks technology.
* Design, develop, and implement data pipelines using Databricks.
* Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to integrate data sources and build analytical solutions.
* Optimize and tune Databricks clusters for performance and scalability.
* Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into Databricks.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Databricks Architect or similar role.
* Strong expertise in Databricks platform, including Spark, Delta Lake, and MLflow.
* Experience with data engineering, data modeling, and ETL processes.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Certification in Databricks or related technologies is a plus.
