Queens based law firm is looking for a marketing intern who is exceptional in creative writing. The ideal candidate should be naturally talented in writing, editing and creating promotional materials, should have an eye for detail and should have excellent sales & communication skills. Perfect opportunity for graduate students who are looking for a flexible work schedule. All candidates applying for this position should be familiar with Photoshop or Adobe, PowerPoint or related software to provide presentations. Candidates who have strong sales, leadership, and presentation skills are highly recommended to apply for this position.
Should have excellent knowledge of social media including tik tok, Facebook, linkedin, Twitter & YouTube. Should also have basic knowledge of shooting videos using cell phones.
**Marketing Intern Job Responsibilities:**
* Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
* Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
* Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
* Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
* Assist in the management of website SEO.
* Take part in formal and informal training opportunities.
* Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
**Marketing Intern Qualifications / Skills :**
* Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
* Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
* Creative problem-solving skills
* Self-starter with ability to work independently
* Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices
* Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
**Education and Experience Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
* Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
* Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
* Previous experience with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social) a plus.
* Marketing and sales skills are required.
* Should have expertise in online presentations..
* Should have expertise in Power point, Photo shop notes, Canva etc.

Pay: $17.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
