Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer- W2 Contract

Location: Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL – Hybrid (3 days in a week from Day 1)

Job type: W2 Contract Only; Open for H1B transfers (No C2C/CTH)

Job Summary:

As a Java Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless and high-performance user experiences while ensuring the scalability and reliability of our back-end services.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
* At least [8] years of experience with Java and modern front-end technologies.
Technical Skills:

* Proficiency in Java and Java-based frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
* Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Vue.js).
* Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Soft Skills:

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
