**Senior Database Administrator**
**Merrimack, NH (Weekly 2 weeks Onsite)**

**Senior Database Administrator**
We are seeking a database professional to manage large scale environments, supporting all environment builds, including design, capacity planning, cluster setup, performance tuning and ongoing monitoring. The ideal candidate must have strong technical, organization, and communication skills. The candidate is required to perform on and off premise(Cloud) database administration activities for both centralized and distributed databases.
**The Expertise We’re Looking For**
* Expertise with centralized Oracle database administration
* Expertise in Oracle RAC, backup and recovery strategies
* Good Knowledge in OEM
* Expertise in backup & recovery and migration using RMAN, Datapump, Snap and Clones
* Oracle database build using ASM / NSF on RAC/Non-RAC
* Shell scripting experience
* Good Experience in Linux
* Working knowledge in Cloud Support
* Knowledge of Agile methodology

* Ability to complete tasks and produce appropriate deliverables within project time schedules
* Must be organized, self-motivated and be able to participate in the knowledge transfer to other team members
* Work effectively with others in a team environment
* Carry work mobile and provide 24X7 Support, On Call Schedule participation
* Must document all work in ticketing system and manage tickets in their queue.
* Exadata, ZFS, CommVault, and open-source databases
**Nice To have Skills:**
Good knowledge of Yugabyte and Aerospike distributed databases.
Jenkins or Terraform Exp.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,303.00 – $117,899.00 per year
Experience:
* MySQL: 1 year (Preferred)
* Database administration: 1 year (Preferred)
* Oracle: 1 year (Preferred)
