**Title**: Program Analyst

**Work location**: Atlanta GA 30341

**Term:** Fulltime

**Core Hours**: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. (morning core band) and 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m (afternoon core band)

**Job Responsibilities**:

* Contribute to the development, enhancement, and improvement of internal/external systems and processes.
* Follows established procedures and contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects.
* Provide established reporting and reconciliation; and ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and appropriateness of requests.
* Ensure activities records are compliant with general business operations.
* Track forms and materials associated travel, training and staff development.
* Contribute to the development, enhancement, and improvement of internal/external systems and processes.
* Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of computer skills, calendar management, and techniques to solve specific problems.
* Evaluates and prepares reports of results.
* Understands program objectives and requirements and develops standards and guides.
* Ensures proper relationships are established between customers and partners to facilitate the delivery of accurate and timely information.
* Assist with entries, tracking, and research in International Collaborative Effort on Injury Statistics (ICE), IAN, and Grants Management Module (GMM).

**Minimum Requirements**:

* Bachelor’s degree or experience related to the position
* Ability to produce a wide range of documents, such as graphs or tables within text, to edit/revise for electronic submissions, and to edit/revise existing databases or spreadsheets.
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications

**Preferred Qualifications**:

* Previous CDC experience
* Experience using CONCUR and TASNe

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
