**Job Description**

We’re seeking a
**seasoned Program Manager**
to lead a high-visibility initiative for a major cruise line based in Florida. This role requires a proven leader who has successfully managed
**reservation system implementations**
, ideally with
**Seaware by Versonix**
, and has prior experience in the
**cruise industry**
.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing multiple integration tracks, managing vendors, communicating project status to stakeholders, and ensuring smooth execution across programs. You’ll have support from 2 Project Managers but will ultimately own the overall delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Own and drive end-to-end program execution for cruise line reservation systems.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to gather requirements and monitor deliverables.
* Coordinate and manage multiple project tracks simultaneously.
* Provide consistent and clear status reporting to leadership.
* Lead program planning, risk management, issue resolution, and quality control activities.
* Work closely with vendors such as
**Versonix (Seaware)**
to ensure alignment and delivery.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* **5+ years**
of high-level program management experience.
* Hands-on experience implementing
**reservation systems**
– ideally
**Seaware (Versonix)**
.
* Strong background in the
**cruise industry**
– companies like
**Norwegian Cruise Line, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Princess, Virgin Voyages, Holland America, Celebrity, Oceania**
, etc.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

**Nice-to-Have**

* PMP or other project management certifications.
* Experience with enterprise integration and software development lifecycle.
* Technical background or familiarity with cruise operations systems.
