– Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, reference checks, and background screenings.
– Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
– Manage the entire recruitment process from lead generation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
– Stay updated on employment labor laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices in recruiting.
– Maintain accurate records in applicant.
– Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and clients.
**Experience**
– Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, particularly for executive-level positions.
– Familiarity with human resources practices and employment labor law is essential.
– Strong skills in talent management and lead generation techniques.
– Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
– Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is a plus.
– A proactive approach with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
