Job Description

### Who you are
– Bachelor’s degree
– 1-2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced Enterprise software or technical environment
– Track record of consistent top performance
– Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills
– Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Experience prospecting into large technical enterprise organizations
– Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments
– Motivation to learn and work hard in a sales role in a fast paced startup environment
– Some experience in an outbound sales environment (preferred, not required)
– Effective organizational skills to manage your time and responsibilities
– Strong interest in understanding cutting edge technologies like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
– Experience in AI, CyberSecurity, or SaaS technologies
– Self motivated, persistent, and resilient mindset
– Collaborative team player who is open to feedback and coaching
– Excitement for sales and friendly competition
– Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo

### What the job involves
– Robust Intelligence (RI) is looking for motivated SDRs to join the sales team driving the growth of Robust Intelligence
– As an SDR you will directly contribute to the growth of RI and work closely with our leadership team
– Your primary responsibility will be to develop relationships with Data Science and Machine Learning leaders, and connect them with our AE’s
– Our SDR program is designed to set you up for long term success at RI with multiple career path opportunities within the company
– Generate new business opportunities by prospecting, researching, and outbounding into cold accounts and warm leads at some of the largest Enterprises
– Ability to write highly tailored and personalized cold outbound messaging to book meetings with target personas
– Conduct high level qualification conversations with Senior Executives in target accounts
– Effectively communicate the value of Robust Intelligence and our products to potential customers
– Align and collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, and marketing
– Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities
– Be responsible for booking new meetings between potential customers and our CEO via personalized outreach
– Contribute to company sales and marketing strategy through brainstorming sessions and running experiments to test new growth strategies
– Develop a deep understanding of the Artificial Intelligence space by working with our team and customers
