Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable applications using Scala.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-level B2B products.
* Develop REST APIs, web applications, and cloud-based solutions.
* Work with cloud platforms (primarily AWS) to design and implement cloud-native applications.
* Contribute to front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React) and HTML/CSS.
* Support and optimize data warehousing, database operations, and SQL queries.
* Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code, leveraging Java and Scala as necessary.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* 10+ years of industry experience as a proficient Scala developer, with strong expertise in Java.
* Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:
* 5+ years of back-end development (e.g., REST APIs) for enterprise B2B products.
* 5+ years of web development (using React or similar frameworks) with expertise in HTML/CSS.
* Experience in cloud platform development, particularly with AWS.
* Background in data warehousing or database operations, with strong SQL proficiency.
* Familiarity with Java as part of a polyglot development environment (using Java and Scala together where appropriate).
* Strong understanding of Java/Scala concurrency models and performance optimization techniques.
* Proven experience with Java-based frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, or similar.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and innovate as part of a dynamic team.
