**Title : Senior Business Analyst**

**Location : Charlotte, NC**

**Duration: 6+ Months – Possible extension/conversion**

**ON W2**

**Job Description:**

* This team looks after applications that support Enterprise Wires.
* Team does a combination of user stories, engaging with stakeholders, understanding technical requirements, and translating into business requirements that can be handed to suppliers, and validation plans for post implementation. Must be able to engage with stakeholders across Operations, Project Management, UAT, and other peripheral systems.
* Each team member is assigned to support their own application.
* Vendors will provide the codes and we’re licensed to use it.
* We’re in the midst of big industry changes that will likely last for the next year or so.
* One of the projects has a hard deadline of March 2025 that this team doesn’t currently have capacity for.
* Day to day this person will participate in and drive meetings.
* They’ll also meet with stakeholders and produce documentation for review.
* Will likely have about 3 to 4 meetings with stakeholders per day.
* Team works in Waterfall but many around them work in Agile.

**Responsibilities:**

* Will act as a Business Requirements and User Stories Owner supporting the WF Enterprise suite of products supported by BI&T. A Business Execution Consultant supporting the BI&T suite of projects and initiatives are expected to:
* Act as Product subject matter expert owning the analysis, writing of requirements/user stories and post install validation plans required to meet business needs.
* Utilize the organization’s development methodology tools (i.e.. Waterfall and Agile (Kanban, Jira, SDLC, Clarity, Confluence, etc.) as applicable.
* The Business Requirements and User Stories Owner, in coordination with the Line of Business/Intake Requestor, Technology team and Product Management team will work to analyze business needs and overall product function required to meet product strategy and drive the overall product success and its customers.
* Gap identification and driving control owners to remediate those gaps throughout the lifecycle of the product is also required as Subject Matter Expert.
* Will plan, gather, write, and validate requirements/stories using Waterfall and/or Agile tools as applicable.
* Product Managers and Operations Managers should be engaged and kept updated on all requirements/stories for oversight purposes.

**Communications:**

* The Business Requirements and User Stories Owner is responsible for analysing and managing the assigned intake request while documenting key milestone status in appropriate delivery team tool as well as BI&T Intake Shared Site appropriately throughout life of initiative.

**Partner with Technology Team:**

* The Technology team, a front-line function, is responsible for interpretation and development of requirements/user stories input into the applicable tools (Kanban backlog, Jira Boards, ALM, SDLC, etc.) by the Business Requirements and User Stories Owner. Key partner in the ownership, maintenance, and growth of the applications and eco-system.

**Partner with Product Manager:**

* The Product Manager is a Subject Matter Expert and responsible for the assigned Product.
* They have accountability to the strategy and end to end lifecycle of the product.
* They are responsible for the big picture view of the product helping to guide partners supporting the product as applicable.
* The Product Manager will lead the prioritization of intakes for their product into the development cycle/Kanban process flow.
* They should always be a partner and escalation point to the Business Requirements and User Stories Owner.

**Partner with Operations Team:**

* The Operations Teams consists of the Wire Operations, Wire Investigations, SWIFT Communications/Wires Implementation and Business Interruption Support Services teams within Enterprise Wire Services Operations. These teams have traditional operational functions for BI&T core applications, such as monitoring the systems, system queues, own business interruption challenges, manage Business Continuity Processes, etc.
* They are key partners in the WF eco-system.
* There can also be Operations Teams for the supporting businesses outside of Payment Operations.
* They have similar functions but are not captured in this document. They are also partners to BI&T.

**Partner with BI&T Testing:**

· The BI&T Testing Team is responsible for QA and UAT testing all requirements/stories that are developed and installed into the applications supported by BI&T. They are a key partner in the WF eco-system.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $55.00 – $60.00 per hour

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift
