Position’s Contributions to Work Group:

– This is a backfill position in which we will need the candidate to support our BI development and data analytics needs. The selected candidate is expected to learn about data, the different BI, ETL and analytics tools that we use across the Enterprise. Then, she/he will be required to support the different business units needs.

Typical task breakdown:

– Obtain data from different sources

– Analyze and develop reports

– Use historical data to predict future trends using ML techniques and some AI

Interaction with team:

– Team consistent of 11 folks in total.

Work environment:

– Hybrid work model

Education & Experience Required:

– Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5+ years experience

– Master’s degree must then have 3+ years experience

Technical Skills (Required)

– Knowledge and some experience in data sourcing

– Experience in Power BI, Tableau and/or Thoughtspot

– Python or R

– ML learning skills

(Desired)

– AI experience (weak type)

– Snowflake

– ETL tool

Soft Skills (Required)

– Good communications skills

– Adaptability

– Teamwork

– Problem solving

– If candidate if they don’t have expertise In what they are interested in ,AI, data mgt, etc.

– If candidate isn’t currently in Peoria area and not open to relocating, they will not be considered.
