Job Title: Senior Java/J2EE Full Stack Architect

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: NJ, TX, VA, NC (Hybrid/Onsite as per client requirement)

Contract Type: W2 Only

Visa Eligibility: H1B, H4-EAD, GC, USC, L2-EAD

Job Description:

We are actively looking for a Senior Java/J2EE Full Stack Architect with over 12 years of industry experience in architecting and building scalable enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and enterprise messaging systems like MQ and Kafka. You will play a leadership role in solution design, technology selection, architecture definition, and full stack implementation across enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-level full stack applications.
* Provide strategic direction on technology adoption and integration.
* Architect microservices-based applications using Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Kafka/MQ.
* Guide frontend architecture and design using Angular (version 8+ preferred).
* Define best practices, development standards, and ensure architectural compliance.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, DevOps, security, and development teams.
* Conduct architecture reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.
* Create architecture artifacts, technical documentation, and integration plans.
Required Skills:

* Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, JDBC, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
* Advanced experience with Angular (8 or higher) for front-end architecture.
* Deep understanding of Kafka and Enterprise Message Queuing (e.g., IBM MQ, ActiveMQ).
* Expertise in REST API design and microservices patterns.
* Solid grasp of database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Git, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD).
* Proven experience in defining and implementing enterprise architecture standards.
Preferred Qualifications:

* Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
* Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and service mesh (Istio) is a plus.
* Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, and security best practices.
* Agile/Scrum leadership experience.
Additional Requirements:

* Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-driven environment.
