Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer for a W2 contract position within a staffing engagement model. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in core Java development, modern frameworks, and cloud technologies, with a strong focus on backend systems and scalable architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications with high performance and scalability.

Implement RESTful services and work within microservices-based architecture.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Ensure application quality, security, and responsiveness.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java (Java 8+), OOP, Collections, Multithreading.

Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.

Proficient in building RESTful APIs and integrating with external services.

Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Agile development experience and usage of tools like JIRA and Confluence.

Strong communication, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
