Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead

Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-office 4 days per week, with relocation to Phoenix required within 2 months)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to partner with business and technology teams to integrate, implement, and maintain effective product and service risk programs. This role serves as a functional liaison between business units and technology teams, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Scrum Agile, web applications, database development, .NET frameworks, and automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage Scrum Agile processes, ensuring efficient sprint execution and project delivery.
* Oversee web application development, web services, and data integrations.
* Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Databases, and other relational database environments.
* Provide technical leadership in Microsoft .NET Framework system development and support.
* Serve as an IT project delivery lead, collaborating across enterprise technology teams.
* Ensure alignment with project management best practices, Scrum, and Agile workflows.
* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight project deadlines.
* Design and implement software system architecture and best development practices.
* Develop and maintain Python and PowerShell scripts for automation.
* Create and manage API frameworks (RESTful or GraphQL).
* Develop automation workflows to streamline business processes.
* Optimize RDBMS query performance using T-SQL, PL/SQL, or Spark SQL.
* Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for reporting and insights.
* Implement data mapping, ETL concepts, and cloud-based system development using Azure or AWS.
* Provide troubleshooting and production issue triaging expertise.

Required Skills & Experience:

* Strong expertise in Scrum Agile methodologies and sprint execution.
* Extensive experience in web application development, web services, and data integration.
* Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Databases, and relational database structures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft .NET Framework for system development.
* Strong background in project management, IT delivery leadership, and Agile workflows.
* Expert-level experience with Python and PowerShell scripting for automation.
* Hands-on experience in automation workflow development.
* Proficiency in API development (RESTful or GraphQL).
* Strong object-oriented development skills and experience with unit testing.
* Experience with ETL processes, data transformation, and cloud-based services.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field.
* Scrum or PMP certifications are highly preferred.
* Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
* Familiarity with Azure or AWS-based virtual machines and cloud services.
